REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE: I've been selling Real Estate for 20 years as a full-time Broker. I'm a registered Realtor and a Broker in the State of Washington and a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. As a Realtor, one is held to higher standards and is required to complete an ethics course, abiding to a higher standard of conduct. I'm a member of the National Association of Realtors. A Broker is not necessarily a REALTOR, which is an important differentiation.
Prior to moving to Seattle, I sold Real Estate in Michigan and now make Bainbridge Island, Washington my home. I have successfully closed Millions upon Millions in Residential Sales. I've also had the opportunity to hold a position as a Corporate Relocation Manager for Coldwell Banker-Bain, one of the largest Coldwell Banker Franchises in the world.
I put clients' needs first; I use my extensive experience to carefully communicate, educate and translate the necessary information and the process for Purchasing or Selling a home.
LIFE EXPERIENCE has given me empathy in this profession. I have worked as an Industrial Designer, I have a degree in Product Design and have worked for large corporations: General Motors, Steelcase and IDEO. These valuable experiences help me connect with my clients as they decide to relocate or make a life change. I've helped many clients downsize and transition into a more affordable living situation.
I’ve raised a family, put children through college, relocated cross-country several times, cared for aging parents and experienced many of the day-to-day challenges one experiences when purchasing or selling a home. I speak directly and honestly and use my expertise when listening to my clients' needs and concerns.
I’VE BEEN THERE: Collectively, my husband and I have owned ten homes serving to provide perspective from a personal level with the decision-making process of home purchasing and selling. I have researched schools, relocated my family, reviewed commuting times and worked as a community volunteer. I'll put myself in your shoes and give you solid advice. My clients are returning customers when deciding to make another move.
